I started this house hunting process in Feb 2024 with another agent. I was not happy until I got a random phone call from Sepehr Talasazan, Esq. Right off the bat he sounded so knowledgeable, helpful, and confident! I immediately switched agents. This guy gets the work done! Not once did I ever have to chase him for answers. It was just good news after good news. He made this happen for us in 40 days! Could have been done in 21 if I had all my things together. I closed almost a week ago and I still sit by myself and think about how amazing Sepehr was throughout this entire process. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY LITTLE FAMILY’S DREAM COME TRUE! HE’S SUCH AN ANGEL! Also very fun to work with!
