Jim Flaherty has been in the mortgage business since 1986, running his own mortgage company from 1994 until 2014. His business has been built on a referral basis, he is proud to be helping three generations of the same family. Jim still likes the old way of doing business, meeting clients in their homes discussing strategies to maximize what they can afford, and putting them in a position to get the best possible mortgage rate. Meadowbrook does loan approvals prior to finding a home, we offer free credit counseling, and as a direct lender we run FNMA/FHLMC approvals so you know exactly what you can qualify for. Our underwriters are in-house so turn times and answers are extremely fast.
