This won’t be the first loan we do, as you will refer friends and family, and you personally could call me anytime for information on where you stand with your current mortgage.

I take pride in saying that 1st of my strengths is my ability to quickly understand and calculate income. Your ability to re-pay is #1 when it comes to buying or re-financing. So, this is my #1 strength. Loans are easy and hard at the same time. Which brings me to my 2nd strength. It is getting to know my clients on a personal level.  This allows me to complete the loan application with your personal goals in mind.

During that time, I can cover 95% of the loan qualification, and present you with the best scenario that will meet your needs. Often repayment can get hard for new homeowners, but as years go by and you realize that what you are paying now is inexpensive compared to current time.

I have helped clients that are wage earners as well as clients that are self-employed.  Income is calculated differently depending on which category you fall under.  Wage-Earner Borrowers: we calculate current income from sources such as salary, hourly, overtime, bonus or any other income. For Self-Employed Borrowers: I will help you maximize business income based on your current financials.  I can also help with Fixed-Income Borrowers.
