Job Responsibilities:
- FHA DE (CHUMS) and agency underwriting experience
- Ability to work as a team and adjust to the changing market/guidelines/programs

Licensed in 26+ states, with over a dozen offices across the country, we are currently seeking a Creative Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As the Creative Manager, you will be responsible for leading the graphic design and creative efforts to enhance our brand, create compelling visual content, and support various marketing initiatives. As part of our team, you will work collaboratively with team members to help facilitate the company’s growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s design projects while coordinating with other departments to meet design objectives.
- Set creative direction and standards for all design projects with a keen eye for detail.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to uphold the company’s visual identity.
- Manage the workflow, resources, and deadlines for projects within the Marketing Department.
- Conceptualize and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, postcards, advertisements, guides, digital assets, trade show displays, and much more.
- Create visually appealing and informative presentations for internal and external use.
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to integrate messaging into design concepts as well as strategically plan and execute multiple marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Social Media marketing and the ability to create engaging graphics.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance digital presence.
- Have a strong understanding of video marketing and utilizing industry tools to create and edit video marketing objectives.
- Manage the production process for printed materials, ensuring quality and accuracy, while also being the liaison with external vendors for printing and production needs.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design or digital marketing, with at least 3+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Must be proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling competing priorities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and design best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in mortgages, finance, or compliance is a big plus!
